Something interesting I heard about- thought this was worth sharing because it could be life-changing if taken with the right direction.
In the Bible, Matthew 5:3-10 is often referred to as “The Beatitudes,” the directives at the beginning of Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount. Each Beatitude is a necessary element in a successful relationship with God. These “Beatitudes” were used as a model to develop the 9 FITatudes, which are key components to a sustainable and healthy lifestyle (source: fitatudes.com). I personally think it would be reasonable to take each one of these and spend several months studying it, seeking direction on it, and applying it in your life. With that in mind, it could potentially take 3 years to reach a sustainable and healthy lifestyle, but hey, I would have to say in the grand scheme of things, what's 3 years?!?! I hope that these speak to you as they have to me, happy reading...
